To help keep pricing down, these plans require you to participate in a survey monthly, on different topics regarding healthcare. Short, sweet, but allows us to ensure you continue to get the best treatments with the best physicians. (They will also pay you for them!)
Our basic plans are not available for residents who live in: AK, HI, MD, MN, NH, OR, VT, WA. If you reside in these areas, please reach out today as we do have alternatives for you!
